Operational Standard Reporting is part of Integrated Reporting department, which focuses on preparing standard reports (SAC, Hana) for corporate finance, including business requirement gathering in collaboration with report owner, data discovery, data validation, report development in collaboration with IT. It also supports forecasting & planning process, resolution of performance issues of reporting, analytics & planning platforms in collaboration with IT. Developing and conducting user trainings for reporting, analytics, and planning platforms. Driving automation & digitization of reporting & analytics domain within corporate finance and change management.

Job Purpose & Responsibilities

Design, implement, govern and maintain standard reports/ dashboards for Corporate Finance that are now maintained in corporate unified analytical tool (SAC). Additionally, enhance user experience by promoting and deploying new data visualization for analytical purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of new reports, dashboards based on priority and business needs. That includes proper engagement with different stakeholders starting from BRD preparation until the successful go live and user training.
• Effectively participate in the preparation of standard reports incl. data sourcing, data validation, report creation, automated pre-commenting.
• Support run & maintain activities of the reporting, analytics & planning platforms from front- to back-end ensuring data flow accuracy and availability of the reports to the users on timely manner.
• Support resolution of performance issues of reporting, analytics & planning platforms in collaboration with IT.
• Develop and conduct user trainings for reporting, analytics, and planning platforms, including key reports, dashboards, and analytics applications.
• User Access management and responsible to automate and improve the process.
• Leverage advanced analytics capabilities to enhance standard reporting.
• Support Enterprise Information Management (EIM) within Finance Innovation Center(FIC) on integrated data models development for reporting and analytics.
• Work closely with master data management team within EIM in addressing data quality issues and adhering to governance requirements.

Minimum Education/ Experience Requirements

• University Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Years of experience: 5+ years in financial reporting/planning and analytics. Minimum 2 years in leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FICO and other related SAP modules
• Experience in reporting & analytical function, mainly in SAP solutions such as SAC reporting & planning
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and planning skill
• Team player and ability to work under pressure
