Our home base is the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center Maastricht, which is the central point of contact in Europe for After-Sales, caring for the needs of current and prospective Mercedes-Benz customers. Beyond this responsibility, we also steer and further develop the global Customer Contact Centers (CCC) of Mercedes-Benz for After-Sales and Sales.

For our Architecture team we are looking for an intern to join us.
We are a dynamic IT Architecture team operating within an Agile SAFe framework, responsible for crafting innovative and resilient IT solutions across multiple platforms, including cloud, CRM, and data systems. Our mission is to drive architectural excellence and alignment between IT and business objectives. The function
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to develop and refine IT architectural solutions across platforms such as Azure, Salesforce, and data management systems.
- Support the technical design and planning of new features, ensuring they align with both IT standards and business goals.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.), gaining insight into the full lifecycle of IT solution delivery.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, learning about best practices in IT incident management.
- Contribute to research on emerging IT trends, architectures, and technologies, helping the team assess and integrate innovative solutions.
- Develop technical documentation, diagrams, and reports to support architectural and IT planning efforts.
Requirements
What do you bring?
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of IT architecture principles, cloud platforms, and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced IT environment.
- Available as of the 1st of March/April
- Available 40 hours a week for a period of 6-9 months (depending on the assignment and university requirements)

We offer you an internship in a multicultural, dynamic, and informal international working environment. We offer a compensation of € 800,- gross, based on 40 hours per week.
