The Production support Logistics lead is responsible in leading a team of

Production support associates in the execution of logistics activities that support the manufacturing process at Lonza in Geleen, the Netherlands.

Key responsibilities:

• Line management of Production support associates. Ensuring the team is trained and engaged in their role. Preparing and issuing work patterns for the production support associate group, ensuring the facility has coverage to meet production support requirements.
• Organize and co-ordinates the execution of the material disinfection process for manufacturing products and samples. Ensuring resources are aligned with the manufacturing plan, team is trained for each project specific material disinfection process. Organize and co-ordinates the autoclave process for Production support at Lonza Netherlands. Organize and co-ordinates the room cleaning activities for Production support at Lonza Netherlands.
• Ensuring resources are aligned with the manufacturing plan.
• Organize and co-ordinates the execution of the toolboxing process at Lonza Netherlands.
• Organize and co-ordinates the batch issuance process for Production support at Lonza Netherlands. Ensuring resources are aligned with both the manufacturing plan and timelines.

Key requirements:

- B.Sc in Logistics or Pharma, or level acquired by experience

- English language skills, both vocal and written. Dutch is preferred.

- Related working experience 5-10 years

- SAP and GmP experience
