In this crucial role you will be responsible of managing several complex CMO projects. Managing these projects requires a unique set of skills that are consolidated into the role of Program Manager (PM). This crucial position sits at the center of a triangle made up between Lonza, our Customers and their Patients. You will therefore be responsible for ensuring relationships are built and that the project/program is delivered according to the expected quality, timelines and cost

Key responsibilities:

• Be the interface between the Customer and Lonza to ensure execution and delivery according to Lonza and the Customer’s expectations;
• Understand the Customer’s needs and represent their interests by acting as their advocate on-site;
• Use all PM Standard Work processes to effectively manage projects;
• Fully accountable for all operational aspects in leading and motivating cross-functional project teams to deliver on all scope objectives with the highest level of quality;
• Ensure Customer satisfaction throughout the life of the program through collaborative relationship management with AM/Sales;
• Act as PMPeer during Onboarding of new individuals;
• Develop and share best practices in PM tools and methodologies at local level;
• Ensure adherence to Global Program and Project Center of Excellence (PPM CoE) Standards, including maintenance of data integrity excellence in Planview;

Key requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Life Science, Business Management or Engineering;
• Holds a PMP or relevant Project Management certification;
• At least 5 years relevant job experience within a CMO organization (MUST);
• Excellent stakeholder management skills as you will be acting as Single Point of Contact for our customers.
