The Production Support Associate executes the main activities of production support department. The core activities include manual and automated material disinfection and sterilization, material allocation, facility cleaning, cryopreservation and filter integrity testing. These activities should facilitate a GMP compliant work area, ensure sufficient stock levels and complimentoperations carried out by the Manufacturing department.

Key responsibilities:

• Performs a check of support areas on a consistent basis to ensure manufacturing department has sufficient materials and garments, within expiry date, for use during the upcoming shifts.
• Ensures tidiness of support areas and overall GMP adherence.
• Organizes and allocates material and garment inventory in per FEFO (first expired first out) guidelines.
• Empties and transfers waste to appropriate disposal areas and exchanges used garments with fresh garments.
• Perform material disinfection manually by using chemical detergents or by automated means e.g. vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP) or autoclavation.
• Ensures instructional documents present in work areas are current and effective.
• Participates in periodic and contingency cleaning of cleanroom areas

Key requirements:

• Technical degree or equivalent
• Background in pharma and/or logistics
• English language skills
• Entry Level -0-4 years
