As an operator, you will work in shifts, you are responsible for operating and monitoring complex organic production plants in accordance with the GMP regulations.

This role will work on a shift basis of two mornings, two afternoons and two nights with four days of weekend.

Key responsibilities:

• Operators need to be able to follow GDP and GMP guidelines. In addition they need to fill in and maintain manufacturing records.
• Carry out daily manufacturing and cleaning activities inside a cleanroom environment.
• Get to know the logistical processes
• Learning how to deal with changing biological and chemical substances and the safety risks that are linked to handling bulk liquids.
• Support with technical activities
• Acquiring basic knowledge of the production process and the interrelationships of a workplace
• Getting to know the departments and which role the stakeholders play within the company.

Key requirements:

• Previous experience working on a shift pattern within manufacturing environment
• Scientific or Pharmaceutical background
• Previous GMP experience
