Randstad Inhouse Services is looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager (m/f/d) for Lonza AG (100%). This is a temporary position from 15.09.2022 until 31.03.2023 (maternity cover). Remote work from within Switzerland is possible, with presence on site according to business needs.

The Campaign Manager position is critical to the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of marketing campaigns for the Lonza Cell & Gene Technologies (CGT) and Personalized Medicine (PMD) business units. Campaigns will be designed working closely with key stakeholders in the respective business units especially Strategic Marketing / Commercial Development and Sales functions across technologies and lifecycle phases and other counterparts in Central Marketing to help ensure technologies and services marketing and communication plans are aligned and properly executed.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor Lonza marketing campaigns with a strong focus on maximizing lead generation and building brand awareness consistent with technology-specific market plans inclusive of event and webinar planning, execution and reporting results
  • Post and review marketing calendars with commercial teams in the business units
  • Support the tactical mix of inbound and outbound marketing activities execution such as events, webinars, Subject Matter Expert content, thought leadership, content marketing etc. to reach individual program goals and measurement criteria per campaign
  • In collaboration with Branding & Advertising and public relation service provider to implement trade and earned media plans
  • Manage and coordinate promotional outreach associated with campaigns across all channels including sales presentations, brochures, white papers and wider SME content

Key requirements

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication or similar
  • B2B commercial experience
  • Extensive experience in content development and market communications
  • Experience in planning and execution of tradeshows, customer events, and webinars
  • Established knowledge of media channels and contacts, as well as conference channels and vendor contacts
  • Be familiar with Salesforce.com and marketing automation tools
  • Experience in pharma / biotech services industry a plus
  • Knowledge and experience in Lonza marketing environment a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and get things done
  • Strong project management skills - well organized and enjoys project related work, forward planning and problem-solving
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellence in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Business fluent English skills
