In-depth knowledge of mRNA analytics for determination of mRNA yield and purity parameters such has mRNA integrity, dsRNA, residual Protein and DNA.
Experience in sequencing (MiSeq, Sanguer, etc), UHPLC, Fragment analyzer, immunoassays, plate based assays, etc.
