Responsible for operation and maintenance of all plant utilities and for delivering sufficient utilities to the GMP manufacturing operation.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for utilities (plant steam, Production gasses, soft water, chilled water, PW, VHP, autoclaves, clean steam etc.).
- Responsible for operation and maintenance of HVAC and building-related installations like cold rooms which involve the Engineering and Qualification of GMP manufacturing sites. This includes the Building Monitoring System and Access Control systems in the facility.
- Ensure that utilities and maintenance systems, execution and documentation are efficient and dependable during inspection. Ensures timely response to regulatory issues.
- Responsible for maintaining compliance with all procedures, policies and regulations regarding provided utilities and services.
- Responsible for pest control (sign of/ guide pest-control coordinator)
- Will be working in a GMP regulated environment
Key requirements:
- B.Sc. / MBO4+ in a Technical Discipline
- relevant working experience with a minimum of three years
- Dutch working permit
- Allround experience with HVAC & other utilities (maintenance activities regarding electrical, mechanical)
- good English language skills (verbal & written)
- pro-active person, handson
- coordinating experience with third parties
- Dutch language skills preferred
- building automation experience is a pre
- SAP experience preferred
- meticulous/ accurate person
