We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about serving customers with products that have a positive impact on societal and environmental challenges. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced international environment and work within a small but cross-functional team to manage and configure products to customers' needs and ensure the execution of the whole customer process from quote to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of customer requirements, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that can meet customer needs to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Create and configure products with both key internal partners and customers
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
• Translate product strategy into detailed specifications acceptable to both internal and external stakeholders
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure time-to-market readiness and deliveries using optimal resources
• Drive product launches and promotional plans including working with both Internal and external marketing resources
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
• Represent Kriya Materials by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services, support sales teams and agents, negotiate business deals etc

Requirements

• Proven work experience in product management and/or sales management
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management and internal stakeholders
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in roll to roll or sheet to sheet coating processes and film extrusion
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• MS/BS degree in international business or equivalent preferred
