Intergrin consists of two second-line mental healthcare institutes; Premium Healthcare Interventions (in short PHI; www.phi-med.nl) and Het Rughuis (www.hetrughuis.nl). They both offer a unique body & mind treatment plan to patients with remarkable and demonstrated results in significant improvement of quality of life.
PHI mainly treats patients with depression and anxiety and Het Rughuis treats patients with chronic back pain related problems. Currently, both PHI and Het Rughuis are situated in 12 locations in total in the Netherlands. Intergrin has developed and successfully marketed these unique healthcare formats over the past decade and is expanding to more locations in the Netherlands.
Next to expansion in the Netherlands, we would also like to bring our chronic back pain treatment format into international markets under our Intergrin XPL brand. Our aim is to identify best markets and franchise partners to focus on in the initial (pilot) phase of our international ambitions and therefore we are looking for an International Business Analyst Trainee.
As a trainee at Intergrin XPL you will be prepared for the next step in your career within 1 year! You will work on your personal and professional development in which you will start working as an international business analyst, but with the opportunity to grow into roles such as project manager, liaison manager or product- and proposition manager.
You will work on various assignments in 2 periods of 6 months each. The first assignment focusses on the mapping of market dynamics & key drivers and profiling the relevant players and identifying potential franchise partners. Afterwards you will help define our franchise formula and package including financial terms and conditions.
During the traineeship you will also work on building your own network, so that you can properly investigate which next steps you want to take during your traineeship and after.
As a trainee you will go through a joint development program aimed at your personal development together with another Intergrin XPL trainee and you work together on these assignments for the board of directors.
