Then you may well be our new Junior Product Sales Manager You thrive in a dynamic commercial environment and long-term account management is your second nature. Your craftsmanship

Do you recognize yourself in this profile, then you are really cut for Fibrant. At the moment we are looking for a driven Junior Product Sales Manager to strengthen our Marketing & Sales team. Working closely with the Director Marketing & Sales and the Marketing & Sales Manager you are responsible for the account management of various existing customers. Besides that, you are in the lead for a project in which Fibrant wants to analyze the difference between ‘man-made fibers’ and natural fibers, and the relevance for the nylon world.

Your first priority: adequate account management

Maintaining existing customer relations in a business to business environment is your first priority as a Junior Product Sales Manager. In your day to day work you set up, coordinate and execute specific account plans to realize predefined sales, margin, SHE and overall customer relationship objectives. You contribute to shaping the overall Fibrant business strategy by translating and executing it for your own accounts. Key principle for adequate account management is building trustworthy and sustainable relationships. You have to understand the needs of your customers and act accordingly, helping them to be successful and seizing new opportunities for Fibrant. It also means you have to take care of internal stakeholders like Customer Service, Purchase and Production in order to ensure a smooth commercial process. Account management, amongst others, includes:

  • Analyzing markets by using all available tools;
  • Monitoring the execution of account plans;
  • Leading contract negotiations and ensuring the conclusion of sales contracts;
  • Providing forecasts of customer demand.

Your second priority: analyzing ‘man-made fibers’

It is crucial for Fibrant to constantly identify new business opportunities, focus on product and process innovation and expand our customer base. In your job one project in particular is vital for the future of Fibrant. Our company is the international market leader in Caprolactam and nylon. In order to build a strong business case in this industry we first have to analyze the added value of ‘man-made fibers’ relative to natural fibers. And that’s where you come along. You will perform a thorough market analysis, turn the outcome into an account strategy and account plan, execute this plan and realize the agreed goals and targets. Of course, you can rely on your team colleagues in executing this project, but we need you to be capable of executing a commercial project from start to finish. In other words: we need you to deliver!

Your background and experience

Would you like to become our Junior Product Sales Manager, then you also need the following qualities:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
  • You are willing to travel;
  • You have an hbo/academic work and thinking level;
  • You have good Dutch and English language skills, both verbally and in writing;
  • You are responsible, proactive and decisive.

About Fibrant

Our organization develops, improves and sells Caprolactam, Ammonium Sulfate and their by-products worldwide. We have production facilities in Geleen and China. Companies in the automotive, textile and agricultural industries use our high-quality materials in various applications. This varies from food packaging to nylon tights and artificial fertilizer.
