Dephion Group B.V. is a holding company of several innovative businesses with a focus on health-tech. Dephion has developed Habtic. Habtic is a coaching platform designed to learn from its users, and inspire them to healthier lifestyles. We’re not interested in paradigm shifts, Habtic is a tidal wave of innovation, and you’re not afraid of rising to the challenges it presents.

The Dephion team is looking for a full-time Senior Producer to further manage the development of the Habtic platform. We need a digital to collaborate with international talent on a groundbreaking vision of wellbeing.

As a Senior Producer you will bring six production verticals together. Code, Art, Coaching technology, Data Science and AI, Devops, back- and front-end programmers will need to be orchestrated with a steady hand and a flexible mindset. You will be sitting at the heart of our vision, and expanding it both conceptually and technically. Stress is your fuel, and you recognise the sharpness required to develop an exciting, once-in-a-lifetime project. This is a full-time position at our Geleen office in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

• Drive completion of project goals.
• Facilitate communication, organisation, and accountability.
• Own day-to-day overview of project progress. Identify potential roadblocks and annihilate them.
• Communicate with Dephion’s stakeholders regularly.
• Champion colleagues, Habtic, Dephion - in that order.

Requirements:

• 5 years actual experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on, expert in leading from the trenches.
• University degree or demonstrated practical equivalent.
• Understand Agile over SCRUM.
• Experience with complex projects that involve several production pipelines, such as advertising or games.

Pluses:

• Shipped at least one product.
• Project management experience in Agile.
• JIRA and Confluence experience.
