Our ideal producer is ready to take on the entire lifecycle of our upcoming consumer-facing product. We want someone with a flexible mindset and a steady hand. We want someone with the kind of skills that only those who never stop pushing themselves can develop.

What skills would those be, you ask?

• Having earned a university degree (preferably in areas like software development, health sciences, or marketing), or demonstrated practical equivalent.
• Several years of experience in agile project management. In fact, you’re game for Agile over SCRUM.
• Experience having shipped at least one B2C product.
• Experience with projects that involve several production pipelines, such as advertising or games.
• Comfortably owning the day-to-day overview of project progress while facilitating communication, organization, and accountability.
• The ability and enjoyment of contributing to your team’s growth and participating in recruitment processes when needed.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence would help a lot, too.

• To expand our vision, both conceptually and technically, aligning with different production verticals ? Code, Art, Talos, DevOps, and Content.
• Taking ownership of the processes needed to take our product all the way from planning to release.
