Dephion is charting new frontiers in personal wellness. Integrated technology. Health sciences. Personal connection. Your life — better.

We’re already using cutting-edge data frameworks and advanced tools to create sophisticated models. But now? We’re setting our sights even higher.

We’re looking for a JuniorProducer to initiate the development of our next project.

We want someone capable of owning the entire lifecycle of our upcoming consumer-facing product, from planning to release. A digital who can collaborate with international talent to create a groundbreaking perspective of wellbeing.

As a Junior Producer at Dephion, you will be at the heart of our vision and expand it both conceptually and technically. Aligning with different production verticals ? Code, Art, Talos, DevOps ? will require of a steady hand and a flexible mindset. Innovation is your fuel, and you know (and have) what it takes to develop an exciting, once-in-a-lifetime project.

Before We go Any Further...

Have you already shipped at least one B2C product? Are you comfortable owning the day-to-day overview of project progress while facilitating communication, organization and accountability? Then that’s pretty much a bullseye. Even better: You’re game for Agile over SCRUM. Knowledge of Jira and Confluence would help a lot, too.

Our latest project is an interactive app that encourages healthy lifestyles. There’s a tsunami of science packed into every frame, but users engage primarily with their virtual mentors.

YOU...

• drive completion of project goals, from planning to release.
• are hands-on, an expert in leading from the trenches.
• have several years of experience in agile project management.
• have experience with projects that involve several production pipelines, such as advertising or games.
• enjoy contributing to your team’s growth and participate in recruitment processes when needed.
• hold a university degree (preferably in areas like software development, health sciences or marketing), or demonstrated practical equivalent.

You will work on-site alongside content creators, coders, data scientists and artists, supporting the team by foreseeing and resolving potential roadblocks. A team mentality is a must.
