What skills would those be, you ask?

• Experience of a year – and preferably up to three years – in a similar paid role.
• You recognize names like Linux, Windows, MacOS, bash, scripting, analytics, BI, tables.
• Familiarity with SaaS.
• Experience with order, provision, and maintenance of software and hardware licenses will help a lot.
• You leave room for the unexpected, seamlessly adjusting to shifting and changing priorities.
• You have been gifted with a generous dose of common sense and maturity.
• The capacity to challenge and cooperate with colleagues in the quest to discover the best solution to any issue.
• The ability to spot issue patterns, and anticipate failures.
• Having an impeccable, unquestionable, and incorruptible work ethic.
• You enjoy picking side projects to grow your skills.

• Following the wise guidance of the IT PO, but be able to make your own plans as well.
• Performing all hands-on IT and hardware tasks assigned.
• Providing 1st and 2nd line support.
• Running side projects.
