We’re crafting some of the coolest software for mobile, the web, and high-end PCs. And, now, we’re setting our sights higher. We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer with a talent for creative hardware and software solutions.
We need a mature, experienced IT sta?er to handle our IT and infrastructure needs, not just keeping the lights on. You’ll save us from disappearing under an unruly army of cables. You’ll be the fearless hunter of network issues. You’ll be restoring our sanity just before our AI servers join Skynet.
If you enjoy handling daily challenges that go above and beyond your average tutorial, we can promise you won’t be bored working with the Dephion team.
If you enjoy taking responsibility for processes, issues, and can provide impeccable service, that’s pretty much a bullseye. Even better, you’re familiar with SaaS and metal. Experience with order, provision and maintenance of software and hardware licenses will help a lot.
You recognize names like Linux, Windows, MacOS, MicrosoG, AWS, bash, scripting, Python, Terraform, Azure, Lynx, postfix, root, analytics, SQL, Mongo, BI, tables, CHMOD, CI/CD and then some. You don’t have to master all of them – yet.
