We’re crafting some of the coolest software for mobile, the web, and high-end PCs. And, now, we’re setting our sights higher. We’re looking for an IT Team Lead with a talent for inspiring, guiding, and bringing out the best in a team already full of amazing talent.

We need an IT Team Lead to guide their crew and light the way to victory. Be the voice of reason, the wisdom behind the success of all enterprises, and the unshakable force that keeps the group together. Be our Captain Kirk.

Before We go Any Further...

If you enjoy encouraging the continuous growth of your fellow nerds, that’s pretty much a bullseye. Even better, you’re familiar with an agile working environment. Experience with order, provision and maintenance of software and hardware licenses will help a lot. You recognize names like Linux, Windows, MacOS, MicrosoG, AWS, bash, scripting, Python, Terraform, Azure, Lynx, postfix, root, analytics, SQL, Mongo, BI, tables, CHMOD, CI/CD and then some. You don’t have to master all of them – yet.

• are a decision-maker.
• are able to design clear instructions for your team members.
• are able to challenge, and cooperate, with colleagues in the quest to discover the best possible solutions.
• are able to provide your colleagues and stakeholders with valuable insights.
• Have amassed at least 2 years of experience as an IT senior or 5 years in an equivalent leadership role.

You will work alongside support and DevOps engineers, to help colleagues work faster and better – a team mentality is a must.
