Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Being an excellent host and welcoming colleagues and guests - you ensure their experiences are optimal and memorable.
• Reception desk services and administration.
• Connecting with people - you are the eyes and ears of The Cubic.
• Lead and supervise events, workshops and classes. You make sure that everything goes smoothly, with a good communication/information flow.
• Giving support in executing and organizing other internal and external events: conferences, exhibitions, and training days.

We’re looking for someone…

• seasoned - with real, comparable experience in a similar position (hotel industry, conference center, leisure industry).
• organized, creative, and innovative.
• willing to take on a wide range of tasks independently.
• who’s is a connector by heart, trustworthy and always interested in others.
• fluent in English. Dutch can be useful but is not required.
• available to occasionally work special events in evenings or weekends.
