As our Hospitality Manager, you’d be overseeing the operation of our cutting edge three-storey hive in southern Netherlands, serving our community of global talents with enthusiasm, leadership skills, a proactive mindset, and a keen eye for detail. In this exciting opportunity, your responsibilities would include:

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising operations in The Cubic, and overall oversee quality and service level.
• Managing, guiding, and motivating our hospitality team.
• Creating new services and improving upon current ones.
• Facilitating Food & Beverage, developing and improving upon our F&B concepts.
• Being an excellent host, while also assisting (international) guests and new employees.
• Organizing, along with the community manager, internal and external events: conferences, exhibitions, and training days.

We’re looking for someone…

• with real, comparable experience in a similar position (hotel industry, conference center, leisure industry).
• who has an HBO educational level or higher. Preferably, with a degree in hotel, tourism, and events management or a degree in facilities management.
• organized, creative, and innovative.
• willing to take on a wide range of tasks independently.
• fluent in Dutch and English.
• available to occasionally work special events in evenings or weekends.
