Dephion Group B.V. is a holding company of several innovative businesses with a focus on health-tech. Dephion has developed Habtic, an online platform that combines innovative solutions for everyday health support. Crafted from science, enhanced by technology, and propelled by vision, Habtic is a new experience. We built the system companies need to sponsor best-in-class support for the well-being of their employees and company.

The Dephion team is looking for a full-time Head of Content. We need someone who believes health content can be both thoroughly scientific, and approachable to the layman.

Our team creates groundbreaking digital content that mixes rock-solid science with interactive videos, AI-powered coach avatars, and game activities to deliver behaviour modification to inspire better lifestyles in our corporate clients.

As Head of Content, you will craftily manage multiple production teams across several projects, to oversee a complex content production pipeline that starts from academic research and ends in easily-digestible, engaging experiences for our users.

With feet solidly planted on the ground, and a hands-on approach to getting things done on time, you also look ahead, scouting new trends and synergies in the world of health, and bring your insights home to Dephion to improve our products. This is a senior management position.

Responsibilities:

• Own the quality of content.
• Improve content production pipelines wherever possible.
• Interface with the development team to further quality, interactivity, and sheer awesomeness of content
• Champion your team. Always.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years actual experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on, expert in leading from the trenches.
• University degree or demonstrated practical equivalent.
• Understand Agile over SCRUM.

Pluses:

• You think that videos should contain more text, and text more frames.
• Project management experience in Agile.
• JIRA and Confluence experience.
