Our graphics programmers are the stuff of legend. We want a heroic expert in writing shaders with a strong drive for optimizations. We want the kind of skills that only someone who never stops pushing themselves can develop.

What skills would those be, you ask?

• Five years or more of experience being awesome.
• Strong programming talent with C#, as demonstrated by your GitHub/Portfolio.
• Exceptional knowledge of math. A deep understanding of physics, animation state machines, and machine learning works in your favor.
• Curiosity and enjoyment of experimenting with game engines and new technologies such as VR, AR, and holography.
• Your ability to work as easily in a team as you do independently.
• Familiarity with Agile project management techniques and good communication skills.

Possessing this sort of expertise makes you not only a 3D guru but also exactly the kind of sage we seek to fulfill the duties of our ideal graphics programmer:

• Developing, optimizing, and implementing new systems for web and mobile applications.
• Improving the graphics and realism of our virtual avatars.
• Using advanced lighting and post-processing effects.
• Coding your own optimized shaders with optimizations in Unity3D and Three.js.

Be ready to work with interdisciplinary teams on-site. We are scientists, storytellers, artists, and developers all working to craft something magnificent. And we can only do it together.
