We’re making some of the most realistic avatars for mobile, the web, and high-end PCs. But we’re setting our sights higher.
We’re looking for a Graphics Programmer with a talent for realistic shaders.
Someone who can take our 3D avatars to the next level…and goes beyond when the tech permits. We want a programmer who is comfortable with developing, optimizing and implementing new systems and has experience in improving the graphics and realism of virtual avatars.
Before We go Any Further...
If you know how to use lighting and post processing effects and can code your own optimized shaders, that’s pretty much a bullseye. Even better: You’re familiar with optimizations, Unity and threeJS. Knowledge of physics, animation state machines and machine learning will help a lot, as well.
If you know most of these but can say – with confidence – “I can whip the rest.”, then you’re probably on target.

You will work alongside modelers, animators, and programmers to improve the appearance of Dephion’s avatars — a team mentality is a must.
