Dephion stands at the interface between the virtual and the real world.

We’re already using future data frameworks and tools to create sophisticated models. Now we’re setting our sights even higher.

We’re looking for a Data Scientist with expertise in applying AI techniques.

We want someone highly competent in statistics and data analytics – someone interested in extracting fundamental insights from complex data sources.?A data who can collaborate with international talent to create a groundbreaking perspective of wellbeing.

As a Data Scientist at Dephion, you will analyze raw data, design accurate and scalable prediction algorithms, collaborate with the engineering team to bring analytical prototypes to production and generate actionable insights for business improvements.

Before We go Any Further...

If you have a deep understanding of predictive modeling, machine learning, clustering and classification techniques and algorithms, then that’s pretty much a bullseye. You should also be fluent in data programming (python with Pandas, SQL).

Even better: You hold a Master’s degree in Data Science, you’re familiar with Big Data frameworks and visualization tools, or have experience working in NoSQL Databases.

If you know most of these but can say – with confidence – “I can whip the rest,” then you’re probably on target.

And that’s where you come in.

YOU...

• can extract valuable insights from highly complex data sets to ask the right questions and find the right answers
• have strong collaboration and communication skills
• have at least four years of experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling
• hold at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantitative field (statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, etc.)
• You will work on-site alongside data engineers and AI specialists on data-driven solutions to enhance our understanding of and build trust with our users. A team mentality is a must.
