• Proven experience in the editorial domain with at least one major project in media, health, or app development.
• Expertise in project management and network coordination with several active pipelines and multiple stakeholders.
• Outstanding English skills, with a capital O. You can proofread yourself, give quality feedback to writers and compose a clickable title if it's missing.
• Strong instincts as an editor and writer.
• Proven knowledge of fitness, health, and wellness trends.
• Ability to own the project, taking full responsibility for all the processes.
• Your structured but flexible character keeps you organized while adapting to change.
• Knowledge of visual editing software like Photoshop and Lightroom is a huge plus.

• Curate content for our digital health and wellness magazine, from a single pitch to final publication with the artwork.
• Coordinate the network of freelance writers, overseeing every step of the production, including topic assignment and monthly content plan creation.
• Ensuring the quality of content by proofreading, editing, and guiding the writers on our tone of voice.
• Initiating publication in our CMS.
• Maintaining good, open communication channels with internal stakeholders, like the web and the art team.
