CiMaas richt zich op de productontwikkeling van zijn ’dendritische cel vaccin en NK-cel expansie protocollen. CiMaas zal klinische studies uitvoeren en beide producten zullen in onze GMP-faciliteit worden geproduceerd. Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar een:

Manufacturing Support Associate (0,4 – 0,6 fte) (Laboratorium medewerker)

Als lid van een klein en enthousiast team van professionals lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de uitdagende ontwikkeling van specifieke celtherapeutische middelen in een GMP-omgeving. Als Manufacturing Support Associate ondersteun je de Biotech Associates.

De ideale kandidaat

• MBO-diploma in biochemie / biotechnologie (oa MLO)
• Meerdere jaren ervaring in een GMP-omgeving

Taken en resultaten

• Controleert voorraadniveaus en herbestelt algemene productiematerialen en kledingstukken.
• Controleert, herbestelt en onderhoudt de algemene productiematerialen en kledingvoorraden.
• Voert een nauwkeurige controle uit van de ondersteunende ruimtes om er zeker van te zijn dat de productieafdeling over voldoende materialen en kleding beschikt voor gebruik tijdens de volgende productiedienst, zorgt voor netheid van ondersteunende ruimtes, en werkt volgens algemene naleving van de GMP protocollen.
• Organiseert de materiaal- en kledingvoorraad zo dat artikelen die het eerst vervallen, als eerste worden gebruikt.
• Leegt en brengt afval over naar een geschikte afvalverwerkingsplaats en vervangt gebruikte kledingstukken door nieuwe kledingstukken.
• Neemt deel aan periodieke en onvoorziene schoonmaak van de cleanrooms.
• Ondersteunt bij de organisatie, overdracht en reiniging van apparatuur.
• Verzamelt (zo nodig) lucht en grond monsters in het gebied van de productieafdeling.
• Fungeert als coördinator tussen Apparatuur beheer (QE) en Productie voor gepland en tijdelijk onderhoud van apparatuur.
• Begeleidt externe aannemers, bezoekers en technici in de cleanroom indien gewenst.
• Meldt de leidinggevende tijdig over geconstateerde afwijkingen.
• Houdt zich aan de algemene GMP-conformiteit met betrekking tot de ondersteuning van productieactiviteiten.

Het aanbod

The challenge

You will have the opportunity to be part of a young, dynamic and developing organization that is involved in combating cancer. As a member of a small and enthusiastic team of professionals, you make an important contribution to the challenging development of specific cell therapeutic agents in a GMP environment. As a Manufacturing Support Associate, you support the Biotech Associates.

The ideal candidate

• MBO certificate (post secondary vocational education) in biochemistry/biotechnoloy (eg MLO)
• Preferred experience in a GMP environment

Tasks and results

• Checks inventory levels and reorders general manufacturing materials and garments.
• Checks, reorders and maintains general manufacturing material and garment inventory levels.
• Performs a check of support areas on a consistent basis to ensure manufacturing department has sufficient materials and garments for use during the next manufacturing shift, ensures tidiness of support areas, materials are within expiry date and overall GMP adherence.
• Organizes material and garment inventory in such a way that items expiring first are used first.
• Empties and transfers waste to appropriate disposal area and exchanges used garments with fresh garments.
• Participates in periodic and contingency cleaning of cleanroom areas.
• Assists with the organization, transfer and cleaning of equipment.
• Performs environmental sampling in the scope of the manufacturing department as needed.
• Acts as coordinator between QE and Manufacturing for planned and contingent maintenance of equipment.
• Chaperons and supervises external contractors, visitors, and technicians in the cleanroom if requested.
• Notifies supervisor of any observed deviations in a timely manner.
• Adheres to overall GMP compliance related to the support of manufacturing activities.
