Together with the team we take care that (rental) machines are rental ready and efficiently (directly) delivered, to all Boels group entities/ premises. In the new One Fleet structure, we establish structure, policies, frameworks and processes to ensure an efficient way of working.
Other responsibilities that come with your position include:
- Project management of Investments;
- Managing of Frame Work Agreements, including inventory;
- Structuring, maintaining and uploading data in main systems;
- Supporting Category Manager;
- Problem solving (payment, logistics etc.);
- Handling daily operational procurement activities, such as answering phone calls and e-mails, scheduling meetings and supporting visitors.
For this role you need to be in the office in SIttard at least 4 days week.

What you bring:
- At least middle-level education;
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience, in an international environment with a focus on administration, procurement or supply chain;
- Excellent language skills in English and Dutch (German is a plus);
- Experienced command of MS-Office programs.
