As a Salesforce consultant you do the following

We are committed to digitizing our operations and adopting a SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) way of working, while putting our customers central. As part of our digital transformation strategy, we are seeking a business consultant with expertise in Salesforce technology. This role is important in driving our integration efforts, enhancing our CRM system, and building internal capabilities to support our professionalization and long-term growth objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance and consulting services to stakeholders on Salesforce best practices, functionalities, and features, aligning them with business objectives.
• Design and document Salesforce system configurations, workflows, validation rules, and data models, ensuring they meet business needs and adhere to industry standards.
• Assist in the development of comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and risk assessments, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and technical architects, to implement Salesforce solutions and integrate them with other systems.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate Salesforce solutions against business requirements and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Provide post-implementation support, including user training, issue resolution, and ongoing enhancement recommendations to optimize Salesforce usage.

• Gross monthly salary ranging from € 3.789 tot € 5.413 based on 40 hours a week.

Do you want to be successful as Salesforce consultant at Boels?

Then you bring the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• At least 3 years experience as a Business Consultant, with a focus on Salesforce technology and CRM systems.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce functionalities, configuration options, and data models.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud, and their respective features.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
• Excellent English language skills.
