We are committed to digitizing our operations and adopting a SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) way of working, while putting our customers central. As part of our digital transformation strategy, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect with expertise in Salesforce technology. This role is crucial in driving our integration efforts, enhancing our CRM system, and building internal capabilities to support our professionalization and long-term growth objectives.

Your responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and align technology solutions with business objectives, ensuring Salesforce best practices are followed.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable and robust Salesforce solutions to meet complex business requirements, leveraging Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud).
• Lead technical discussions, provide guidance, and make recommendations on Salesforce platform capabilities, integration patterns, security, scalability, and data management.
• Drive the integration of acquired companies' (Salesforce) instances into our unified Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient business processes.
• Define data models, object relationships, workflows, validation rules, and customizations within Salesforce, tailored to business needs.
• Perform system analysis, troubleshoot technical issues, and propose innovative solutions to address gaps, optimize performance, and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions on time and within budget.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to provide recommendations for enhancing our CRM system and overall technology landscape.

Labour conditions

• Gross monthly salary ranging from € 3.789 tot € 5.413 based on 40 hours a week.

Do you want to be successful as Salesforce architect at Boels?

Then you bring the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.    
• At least 5 years experience as a Technical Architect, with a focus on Salesforce technology and cloud platforms.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, security models, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce integration technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, Middleware), ETL tools, and data migration strategies.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect are highly desirable.
