This is a new job within Boels which means that we are looking for an experienced person with a track record in an international organization who likes to shape this discipline.
In this role your main focus is to develop and lead major international employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns in close cooperation with our Talent Acquisition department. You are well aware which offline and online channels/platforms work best at a certain moment and which message you should use to trigger candidates.
Responsibilities in a nutshell:
- Design and implement employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns tailored to diverse target groups across multiple countries.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to understand hiring needs and align marketing strategies with recruitment goals.
- Utilize market research to identify trends, benchmarks, and opportunities for continuous improvement in employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Create compelling content, including but not limited to job ads, social media posts, videos, banners, posters, and other materials, to engage and resonate with target audiences.
- Manage and optimize online channels to maximize reach and impact of recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations for future strategies.
- Maintain consistency in messaging and branding across various platforms and communication channels.
You will be part of the Marketing Operations team (a part of the whole International Marketing & Communications team) consisting of 9 colleagues who are happy to brainstorm and collaborate with you!
You are the go-to-person for Talent Acquisition to get and give advice and you are a star when it comes to connecting with internal stakeholders (e.g. Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing & Communication peers) and external stakeholders (e.g. Marketing agencies). You know how to motivate them and to utilize their talent to reach the common goal which is boosting our employer brand and attracting candidates by delivering outstanding campaigns.
Running multiple projects at the same time is not a problem for you because you are structured and not afraid to make your hands dirty. With your conceptual and strategical skills you know which path will lead to success and you can convince others of it. You know the importance of clear budgeting and reports. So formulating KPI’s and monitoring the progress is not new to you. Last but not least: you think in solutions and you are always keen on improving together with others.

- A salary in line with your competencies and experience; between € 3243,- and € 4633,- (fulltime - 40 hours)

What do you bring to the table?
- A Bachelor or Masters degree (preferably towards Marketing & Communication);
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar (recruitment) marketing campaign role within an international environment;
- Excellent English language skills (Dutch and German are a plus);
- You are familiar with the latest Recruitment Marketing trends, tools & platforms;
- Experience in Talent Acquisition is considered a plus.
