Your role as Recruitment Marketeer is to create international campaigns to attract the best candidates in the labor market for various positions within Boels.
This is a new job within Boels which means that we are looking for an experienced person with a track record in an international organization who likes to shape this discipline.
In this role your main focus is to develop and lead major international recruitment campaigns. You are well aware which channels/platforms work at a certain moment and which message you should use to trigger candidates.
You will be part of the Marketing Operations team (a part of the whole Marketing & Communications team) consisting of 9 colleagues who are happy to brainstorm and collaborate with you!
You are the go-to-person for Recruitment to get advice and you are a star when it comes to connecting with internal stakeholders (Recruitment, HR, Marketing & Communication peers) and external stakeholders (Marketing agencies). You know how to motivate them and to utilize their talents to reach the common goal which is boosting the employer brand by delivering outstanding campaigns.
Running multiple projects at the same time is not a problem for you because you are structured and not afraid to make your hands dirty. With your conceptual and strategical skills you know which path will lead to success and you can convince others of it. You know the importance of clear budgeting and reports. So formulating KPI’s and monitoring the progress is not new to you. Last but not least: you think in solutions and you are always keen on improving together with others.
