Oorspronkelijke vacature omschrijving:

• Actively coordinate and drive the Finance PMO, by managing projects with applicable and efficient project management methodologies, incl. project planning, progress monitoring, risk planning, reporting etc.
• Be a driver in the roll-out of SAFe Agile within Finance, by actively collaborating with the finance departments, and be a Point of Contact and liaison between the Finance and IT development teams, and overseeing the project administration in JIRA
• Support the further extended set-up of the Finance PMO within 1 year
• Lead the process of identifying improvement projects and oversee project implementation, and foster and share project management knowledge and support to stakeholders within the finance teams
• Initiate and coordinate financial change and integration projects, linked to the departments of Group Finance, SSC, and Business Control.

Minimum Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
• Project management certification is preferred (e.g. Prince 2, Lean, SAFe/Agile)

• At least 3 years’ experience in finance and/or finance processes (e.g. audit, controlling, consultancy, or business/project management)
• At least 1 year experience in a complex, or multinational environment
• Experience in managing programs and/or projects
• Experience in working with financial systems (e.g. SAP), and/or managing IT-related projects/processes is preferred
