In the role of Project Manager you will coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget an with the desired outcomes aligned to Boels NXT Strategy and objectives.

In your role as Project Manager, these are your responsibilities:

• Optimizing, improving and safeguarding processes, procedures, guidelines and ultimately governance within Fleet (e.g. program initiatives, integrations, sustainability, (environmental) certifications).
• Defining project scope- and objectives, roles and responsibilities.
• Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs (or resources) to deliver project on budget.
• Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities; subsequently manage delivery of the project according to this plan.
• Monitoring the project and providing regular reports on the project status to e.g. Management, project team and/or (key) stakeholders.
• Overseeing, structuring and securing all incoming and outgoing project documentation

For this role you need to in the office in Sittard at least 3 days a week.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in the fields of business economics, business administration or similar. Complementary knowledge in the fields of project management by obtaining e.g. Lean six sigma, Agile or Prince certificate is considered to be an advantage.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in an international environment with a focus on project management or business consultancy.
• Experienced in drawing up and improving processes, procedures and policies.
• Adept in translating organizational issues into standardized solutions taking into account business impact.
