Operational Excellence is the organization's belief in wanting to excel in providing services to our customers. Our department focuses on identifying, defining, harmonizing and digitalizing process improvements at all levels of the organization. By using the (Lean) Six Sigma and Safe Agile methodologies, we look at how continuous improvements can be applied on incremental basis, in order to make the processes more efficient, more innovative and, above all, more user-friendly. In this role, you are part of the agile release train (ART) of Customer & Operations, representing the Business demand on change and innovation.

As Process Improvement Manager in HQ Sittard, you are part of the HQ team Business Process Management (BPM), which aims to realize Operational Excellence within Boels Rental. Operational Excellence is the organization's belief in wanting to excel in providing services to our customers. Our department focuses on identifying, defining, harmonizing and digitalizing process improvements at all levels of the organization.

• You translate the Boels NXT strategy into business cases (opportunities & improvements) and are the driver for integration and optimization of various operational processes in various European countries, such as Pricing & Sales, Transport & Logistics, Rental Operations, Service & Repair or Invoicing & Payments.
• You are able to identify efficiencies and synergies within existing business processes through process and data analyses. Setting up and implementing improvement plans through agile project teams is part of this responsible function.
• You keep your eye on the ball for quality, standardization, improvement and assurance of existing and new processes within the organization.
• The output of the OX | BPM team serves as input for the Digital & IT teams via the Safe Agile (ART) way of working. We closely monitor the return on investment and report on the business case on epic and feature level.
  
  We are looking for someone with analytical and communication skills. For this job you need to be at least 2 days a week at our HQ in Sittard.

What you bring

• You have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and are looking for the next step in your career.
• You preferably have a completed WO or HBO education, preferably in a business administration study or similar.
• You are familiar with the Lean / 6Sigma and Safe Agile methodology.
• You fluently speak English.
• You have good knowledge of MS Excel, including macros and pivots. Knowledge of one or more reporting tools such as Power BI, QlikSense or similar is an advantage.
• In terms of personality, you have a healthy mix of hard skills (analytical) and soft skills (consultancy skills, stakeholder management). This allows you to easily switch between different levels in the organization and get colleagues involved in your analyzes and changes.
