Join us on an exciting journey with Boels, where our vibrant growth strategy is taking us to new heights! This growth (organic & through acquisitions) goes hand in hand with many changes in which you as Senior HR Business Partner play a significant role.

You'll be supporting the Strategic Boardmember who oversees IT, Digital, BPM, Marketing & Communication, driving our ambitious growth strategy.

Your influence extends beyond borders, with a European scope that reflects the diverse landscape of our expanding departments, primarily located in Sittard and reaching abroad.

In this role you will be at the forefront of topics such as the integration and harmonization of departments and labor conditions. Additionally, you'll be responsible for organizational (re)-design. Departments are currently undergoing a transformative SAFe/Agile phase that require your support. In other words: there are enough opportunities in this exciting phase to make your mark as a Senior HR Business Partner.

Key responsibilities:

  • You strengthen the leadership of the Business Unit (BU) in their coaching ability and skills to support the development of all Boels employees in the BU;
  • You help the managers of the BU to deal with change and support their development as change agents;
  • You analyze HR data and partners with the Business Controller to ensure HR actions and metrics are measured and reflect the organization changes that are needed;
  • You initiate and support improvement processes as a MT member of the BU.
  • You advice on and drive strategic HR processes such as (strategic) workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, succession planning and performance management.

You will be part of our HR community of approximately 100 colleagues spread over Europe. Together with 3 HRBP’s you are the HRBP team for HQ and you report to the HR Director.

What do you bring to the table?

  • A bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar;
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within an international organization with a matrix structure;
  • Proven experience in integration/harmonization processes and organizational (re)design;
  • Excellent language skills in Dutch and English (German is a plus);
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
