As the Head of Indirect Procurement, you will have the chance to lead a dynamic and growing team currently consisting of 8 members. Your primary mission will be to build and execute a comprehensive strategy that delivers high-quality results, drives cost efficiencies, and sets new standards for procurement excellence. You will report directly to the Group Director of Indirect Procurement and Trade.

Application Process

Following a successful phone conversation, we’ll invite you to our Sittard location for an in-person interview with the Group Director Indirect Procurement and Trade, which will be combined with a review of a prior online assessment. If both parties agree to move forward, a follow-up interview our Group CPO and the HR Business Partner will be arranged. After a successful interview process, you’ll receive an offer and, hopefully, join our orange family!

Qualifications for our Indirect Procurement role in Sittard:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree (HBO/WO) in a relevant field.
• Experience: 5-10 years of solid experience in procurement, with a strong track record in leadership roles.
• International Exposure: Preferably experienced in an international business environment.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Dutch and English, with a preference for proficiency in German.
• System Knowledge: Proficient in SAP and SAP Ariba or similar
