Wat ga je doen?

Als financieel analist bij Boels in Sittard ben je verantwoordelijk voor de prestaties en de verbetering van verschillende processen. Jouw focus ligt op het ondersteunen van de financial accounting teams bij verbeterprojecten. Hierbij onderhoud jij de contacten met operationele afdelingen, IT en externe partijen. Zo zal je bijdragen aan het project One Finance (S4Hana) en ga je afdeling overschrijdende IT-projecten leiden die relevant zijn voor financial accounting. Door continues improvements stel jij de afdeling in staat in control te zijn.

Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van de maandelijkse afstemming van de balans, het beheren en documenteren van proceskennis en het beschikbaar stellen van rapportages en dashboards.

Het oranje team in Sittard waar jij bij kan horen bestaat uit 28 collega’s in verschillende disciplines. Je komt thuis in het Financial Accounting team, onderdeel van het Financial Shared Service Center van Boels. Jouw profiel

Ontwikkelingsgericht, strategisch; jij bent het en dus pas je binnen ons oranje team. Om daarnaast als financieel analist de beste te worden bij Boels in Sittard:

• Beschik je over een HBO/WO diploma in accounting, bedrijfseconomie, bedrijfskunde of andere financiële richtingen;
• Heb je minimaal 3 jaar werk ervaring in een finance gerelateerde functie binnen een grote organisatie;
• Heb je kennis van Lean Six Sigma, SAP4HANA, Visio en verander management;
• Ben je oplossingsgericht, flexibel en analytisch ingesteld;
• Beschik je over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, Duits is een plus.

What will you do?

As a Financial Analyst at Boels in Sittard, you will be responsible for the performance and improvement of various processes. Your focus is on supporting the financial accounting teams in improvement projects. In doing so, you maintain contacts with operational departments, IT and external parties. For instance, you will contribute to the One Finance project (S4Hana) and lead cross-departmental IT projects relevant to financial accounting. Through continuous improvements, you enable the department to be in control.

You will also be responsible for performing the monthly balance sheet reconciliation, managing and documenting process knowledge and making reports and dashboards available.

Your profile

Development-oriented and strategic; it's you and so you fit into our orange team. To become the best at Boels in Sittard as a Financial Analyst:

• You have an HBO/WO degree in accounting, business economics, business administration or other financial disciplines;
• You have at least 3 years' work experience in a finance-related position within a large organisation;
• You have knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, SAP4HANA, Visio and change management;
• You solution-oriented, flexible and analytical;
• You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, German is a plus.
