About this position:
The Digital Learning and Compliance training Manager contributes to the design of a global continuous learning strategy by developing and implementing a continuous online learning culture & community, customized for the Boels and Cramo Group organization and business. This includes managing the digital learning environment, Learning Management System, various internal/external digital platforms/tools, as well as providing learning data analytics.
The Digital Learning and Compliance training Manager translates trends and developments from the market into opportunities for Boels, and manages implementation in collaboration with the L&D and IT departments.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Support the implementation of & manage the Success Factors Learning Management System in collaboration with IT and L&D implementation project manager.
- Manage and structure the compliance & technical training portfolio - Guide & coach compliance/technical training experts in L&D team
- Develop online learning communities in relation to key development programs & academies for various target audiences within Boels & contribute to a sustainable learning culture
- Provide data analytics & reporting on the ROI of learning, learning participation & learning trends.
- Manage the digital learning process, tools and reporting in Success Factors and internal/external platforms in collaboration with HR Services, Operational Excellence and local administrators.
- Translate continuous learning trends and developments from the market into opportunities for Boels; from idea to implementation.
- Connect with the local business to align local with central initiatives in the optimal mix
- Collaborate with HR Services on planning and organization of learning activities
- Vendor Management – Serve as the interface with external vendors. Collaborate with the Purchasing department/HR Services on establishing new vendors, purchase orders, and invoicing.
- Monitor digital and compliance training budget in collaboration with Head of L&D
- Monitor (online) learning budget in collaboration with Head of L&D
- Responsible for collecting and analyzing feedback and data at all levels from our employees to identify improvement opportunities of the employee learning experience by using different methodologies.
Who are we looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Human Resources, Business Management or relevant field and experience in an international coordinating learning role in a fast paced and constantly changing environment.
Experience:
- LMS project management/coordinator role(s)
- Providing data analytics and reporting on learning history, activities, and learning ROI
- Knowledge and experience with setting up and managing online learning and compliance training
- Communication to & training of key users and stakeholders
- Partnering with third-party vendors on the design of digital learning activities
Minimum Experience:
- SAP Success Factors LMS administration/coordination
- Data analytics
- 4+ years’ experience in “blue-collar” international environment
