Identifying future Campus hiring needs and developing appealing vacancy descriptions
Leading recruitment strategy meetings with the hiring manager to understand the requirements of the role and advise on the ideal candidate profile and the recruitment Multi Channel strategy
Identifying potential candidates where our target group is; using intricate Boolean searches on LinkedIn, professional and social networking, use of social media campaigns, candidate referrals, jobfairs, networking events, web sourcing, our internal ATS in SuccessFactors. Think out of the box.
Conducting interviews by evaluating employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, abilities, potential, ambition, culture fit, added value and other data relevant to the selection process
Creating and executing a strategy that leads to increased candidate flow and pipelining and optimizes a diversity of candidate sources
Focusing on continuous improvement and making suggestions to improve the Campus recruitment process, policies, and strategy
Organizing internal recruitment events like the Management Trainee assessment day at our Headquarter in Sittard.
Implementing recruiting strategies to attract and find outstanding qualified candidates (with impact) whilst putting an emphasis on our employer branding with the Project Manager Recruitment, local HR team as well as the Talent Acquisition team.

What are we looking for in you?
2 -5 year of client-facing recruitment experience, including building a candidate pipeline
Bachelor degree Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
Strong project management and prioritization skills to support our business
Familiarity in face-to-face and online interviewing, including competency-based interviews
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools (i.e: social media) as well as proactive sourcing
Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate administrative tasks required
Effective interpersonal and communication skills with a customer& candidate-service focus and high level of Business Acumen
Eager to develop yourself and open for agile recruitment innovations
Flexibility to travel when required
Familiarity with challenges of a remote international team. Able to work independently.
Fluent in both Dutch and English. Proficiency in the local language is crucial for effective communication with team members and stakeholders. In addition, proficiency in English is required to collaborate seamlessly in an international environment and our TA team.
