- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, product owners, and development teams, to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for new initiatives.
- Apply the business analysis methodology used within our organization, adhering to the change process followed based on SAFe®.
- Conduct Agile analysis of business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and recommending innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering sessions to ensure a thorough understanding of business requirements.
- Develop clear and effective documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and other artifacts, to communicate requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, industry trends, and advancements, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills in business analysis.

What you bring:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field;
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst (> 2 years)
- In-depth understanding of the business analysis principles and methodologies as formulated by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®).
- Proficiency in eliciting and documenting and managing requirements, creating user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
- Proven capability in analyzing and modeling (BPMN2) business processes and workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
- Affinity with systems thinking.
- Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) and/or other Agile methodologies.
