As a Business analyst you do the following

To ensure the successful implementation and optimization of our change initiatives, we have adopted the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) as our change process. SAFe® provides us with a structured and scalable approach to agile transformation, allowing us to align our teams, processes, and technology in a way that supports continuous delivery and customer value creation. By leveraging SAFe®, we aim to foster collaboration, transparency, and agility across our organization, enabling us to deliver innovative solutions and achieve our business goals.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, product owners, and development teams, to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for new initiatives.
• Apply the business analysis methodology used within our organization, adhering to the change process followed based on SAFe®.
• Conduct Agile analysis of business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and recommending innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering sessions to ensure a thorough understanding of business requirements.
• Develop clear and effective documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and other artifacts, to communicate requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of solutions.
• Provide guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.

Labour conditions

• Gross monthly salary ranging from € 3.789 tot € 5.413 based on 40 hours a week.

Do you want to be successful as Business Analyst at Boels?

Then you bring the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst
• In-depth understanding of the business analysis principles and methodologies as formulated by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®).
• Proven capability in analyzing and modeling (BPMN2) business processes and workflows.
• Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) and/or other Agile methodologies.
• Business analysis certifications such as IIBA®, ECBA™, CCBA® or CBAP® are an advantage
